Reconstitution Reference

Lyophilized peptides are typically reconstituted in bacteriostatic water (BAC water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol) or sterile water for laboratory storage and downstream assay use.
Add diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial; allow the powder to dissolve without agitation. Swirl gently — do not vortex.
Working concentration depends entirely on the experimental design. Refer to your laboratory SOP and the published literature cited on the product's research page.
Discard if cloudy or if precipitate forms. Some peptides (e.g. those with low aqueous solubility) require an acidic buffer (0.1 M acetic acid) — consult literature first.

Laboratory Handling

Use aseptic technique, appropriate PPE, and follow your institution's biosafety SOP.
Reconstitute only the amount required for current laboratory work to minimise degradation.
Cite COA lot number and reconstitution date in your laboratory notebook for traceability.
