Why the two peptides are routinely studied together
Published growth-hormone-axis literature describes two complementary stimulation pathways: GHRH-receptor agonism (the pathway CJC-1295 No DAC targets) and GHS-R / ghrelin-receptor agonism (the pathway Ipamorelin targets). Research suggests that engaging both pathways simultaneously produces a more pulsatile, more physiological-style growth-hormone-release pattern in research models than either pathway alone.
This is why most research protocols cite the combination — single-pathway protocols are less common in the peer-reviewed literature.
